Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids! However, we prefer to keep our day child-free. Post-wedding relaxing spa day, anyone?!

Question

What are your COVID19 protocols?

Answer

At this time we are going to ask that all guests either provide proof of vaccination (a photo will do, we know how precious those vaccination passport cards are!) or a negative COVID19 test within 72 hours of the event. While this may change based on local guidelines and CDC recommendations, we are currently not requiring that vaccinated guests wear masks. However, if you are unvaccinated, we will ask you to wear a mask unless you are actively eating or drinking. For those who would feel more comfortable in a mask but forget to bring one, we will have plenty available! Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe and healthy!

I have a food allergy, can that be accommodated?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! If you have an allergy please indicate that when you RSVP along with your meal choice and we will make sure the catering staff is aware! If your allergy requires special handling (separate prep stations, etc.) please let us know as soon as possible so we can do all we can to make sure you're safe and comfortable!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle that picks up and drops off at both hotels, the Jefferson and the Hilton in Short Pump. Please watch this page for details on where the pick-up spots will be and when to make sure you're there so you don't miss out on all the fun!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

No, the venue offers extremely limited parking and that will be blocked off for use by the shuttles. If you require special transportation accommodation please reach out to Jess, Clayton, or the Glint Team to discuss alternate options. Thank you! Remember - we want everyone to be safe and have tons of fun, so we're doing all we can to ensure no one ends up in a dangerous situation. Don't drink and drive!

Answer

If your invitation indicates "and Guest", then please do! If it does not, then we'd prefer just to see your smiling face.
