Attire will be cocktail/formal.
Due to the size of our families, we had to make the difficult decision to only allow adults at the wedding. There will be family gatherings before/after the wedding.
Fairfield Inn by Marriott Roseville 1910 Taylor Rd, Roseville, CA 95661 (916) 772-3500 Room block info is located under travel. There are 3 hotels which we have blocked off rooms at for guests.
The venue does have a good size parking lot if you wish to drive. If you feel like letting loose and having a few, you may want to consider calling an Uber or Lyft. You can leave your car overnight if you are feeling like you have had to much to drink.
If staying at one of the proffered hotels in Roseville, the hotels to the venue are about a 20 minute drive (12.5 miles).
Guest can show up between 4pm to 5pm, but with that being said, the ceremony will start on time at 5pm.
The ceremony will be outdoor with the reception being both outdoor and indoor. There will be AC in the barn for the reception. You can choose to partake in the festivities where you feel most comfortable. I know in July it can get very warm; however, the ceremony will be shaded and we will accommodate the best that we can in order for our guest not to overheat.
The ceremony will be in the evening at 5pm with a reception to follow.
The wedding will end at 10:00pm; however, we totally recommend the party continuing somewhere else :)
Yes- beer, wine, and a signature cocktail will be served during the cocktail hour and reception.
Dinner will be served Buffett style. There will be two protein choices of chicken and/or tri-tip. If you are vegan or vegetarian, there will also be a salad, grilled veggies, mashed potatoes, and an array of breads to choose from.
