Doolin Cave

Cliffs of Moher- Cliff Walk

Take a 5 mile walk from Doolin to the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Center. There are guided walks available with transportation back to Doolin.

Cliffs of Moher- Ferry Ride

Why only see the Cliffs from the top when you can catch a Ferry from Doolin pier and see them from the bottom

Inishmore

Grab a ferry from the Doolin pier and visit one of the three Aran Islands (the most common to visit is Inis Mor). Once you arrive you can explore the island on a guided tour or rent bikes and go exploring on your own.

Lahinch Golf Club

Lahinch is a 15 mins drive from Doolin with beautiful views of the coast while enjoying a game of golf

Hags Head

The most southerly point of the Cliffs of Moher in County Clare, Ireland, where the cliffs form an unusual rock formation that resembles a woman's head looking out to sea.

Kilkee

Kilkee is a small coastal town popular as a seaside resort. Good spots to visit are Naughton’s Bar, Murphy Blacks and Ennis

Doonbeg

Doonbeg is a 1 hour drive from Doolin. It's a village in west County Clare surrounded by dramatic scenery and has an amazing golf course with great views.

Limerick

Limerick City (1hr drive from Doolin or a 3hr bus ride from Dublin) is Ireland’s third largest city with a lot of history. There is a lot of things to do such as King Johns Castle, watch a Rugby game live, St. Mary's Cathedral, Limerick Milk Market and Lough Gur.

Bunratty

Bunratty Castle has tours as well as dinner banquets which includes a show. You also have to stop by Durty Nellies for a pint of Guinness and some Curry Chips!

Galway

Galway is a 1.5 hr drive from Doolin it is a great city to visit full of life and music and amazing food. You can do a bus tour of county Galway from the city which takes in Cong, Ashford Castle where they made the film "The Quiet Man" and tour Connemara.

County Kerry

Kerry is a 2.5 hr drive from Doolin. You should visit Killarney and its National Park, Mountains and beaches, which include Inch Beach where the film Ryans Daughter was made.

Great Skellig

Visit Skelling Island where they filmed Star Wars Return of the Jedi

Dublin

Dublin is a must if you have the time! Places to visit are the Guinness Factory, Jameson Distillery, Trinity College to see The Book of Kells and The Viking Tour, Kilmainham Gaol, and so many great bars and restaurants.

Dingle

Things to Do: • Slea Head Drive- Drive along the Peninsula of the Wild Atlantic (it starts and ends in Dingle with clearly marked signs) • Dolphin & Whale Tour- 4 hour cruise that takes you all around Dingle Bay to encounter whales and dolphins up close

Kinsale

• Charles Fort- 17th century star-shaped for with interesting history and amazing coastal views • Old Head Golf Course • Visit Summer Cove and have a pint at Bulman Pub
