Question

Are children allowed/welcome?

Answer

Children are not allowed with the exception of the children in the bridal party and those of the bride & grooms siblings.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie formal and absolutely mandatory!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Can I bring guests?

Answer

The number guests allowed per invitee, if any, are indicated on the invitation. If the invitation does not indicate guests aside from those named on the invitation, please do not bring any additional guests.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We will not be providing rsvp cards. Guests will be able to RSVP in 3 ways: By phone, email or here on the wedding website. Phone number & email to RSVP will be provided on the RSVP page of this site as well as on the invitation card.

Why aren't the couple registered anywhere?

Answer

The Bride & Groom are requested that wedding gifts be in the form of cash, check, money order, Zelle or via Zola on the Registry page.

Are there any other events happening besides the wedding?

Answer

Due to Covid and the uncertainty surrounding Covid, there likely will be no other events. Guests who are in the wedding party or family of the wedding party will be notified of the day/time/whereabouts of the Rehearsal dinner.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Answer

Masks will be provided and it is mandatory that guests wear masks indoors, with the exception of sitting for dinner.

What precautions are being taken for Covid?

Answer

We are asking that all guests practice safety precautions prior to the wedding such as: quarantining, getting tested if possible and declining to attend if you are feeling unwell or live with/been around anyone who is unwell or tested positive. We will be providing masks, taking temperature upon entry and providing hand sanitizer. We trust that all of our guests will act with sound and mindful judgement in order to make our special day a safe environment :-)

Will there be transportation provided for guests who have booked a room with the Home2 Suites?

Answer

We will make further arrangements for transportation based on the number of traveling guests (by plane) who book a room with our wedding room block. There is ample self parking so we expect local guests and even guests who travel by car, to drive to the venue.

Question

What is an Unplugged wedding?

Answer

An unplugged wedding is a wedding that prohibits phones. While we are not prohibiting phones, we are prohibiting the use of phones to take pictures during the ceremony. Guests are allowed to take pictures/videos immediately following the close of the ceremony. Guests who do not abide by this request will be asked to leave.
