Everyone knows that we are both teachers and love children, but we ask that no children be in attendance for the reception.
We will be having a private ceremony with family and a reception will follow. The address is 1127 Baker Lane, Nicholasville, Kentucky 40356. This private family farm is located off of US 27. Please use caution by following the speed limit and watching for other cars on Baker lane as it is a one lane road with other residents.
Wear whatever feels comfortable and makes you feel confident! This day is not about what you wear, but celebrating the love between Stephen and Sarah! It is suggested that you wear flat shoes as we will be outdoors on a farm.
Parking will be in front of the property and transportation will be provided to the reception area if needed. There will be reserved handicap parking located in the gravel next to the farm house. We want guest to enjoy themselves and be responsible, if you need to leave your car over night, please return by 11:00am the following day to pick it up. Starting at 9:00 pm we will have drivers to take guests home (Nicholasville/Lexington area) if needed. Tips are encouraged for drivers.
We want to celebrate with everyone, but we have planned for a specific number of attendees. If you need or would like to bring a plus one, please reach out to Sarah or Stephen.
There will be light bites and drinks before the bride and groom arrive and a meal catered by Back Home Catering of Elizabethtown. The menu will be as follows: a choice of either Chicken Cordon Bleu with Rice Pilaf or Roast Beef (Please make your selection of entrée in the RSVP section of the website), carrots, mashed potatoes, and rolls. We will have an open bar with a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly and utilize the drivers we have provided to make sure everyone gets home safely!
