Travel Note
Please note, the town of Coxsackie is very small, and there likely not be any Ubers or Lyfts in the area. Although we will have shuttle services to and from the wedding, it is recommended to either drive into Coxsackie or rent a car to ensure you can get to your flight or train!
Shuttle

Please note, there will be no guest parking at the venue itself, and there are likely no Ubers in the area! We have reserved two shuttles to complete pick-ups and drop-offs to the ceremony/reception from both the Holiday Inn Express and the Best Western New Baltimore Inn. ***Please visit our FAQ page for the shuttle schedule!***
Hotel
Update as of 8/16/22: Our previous booking link will no longer work, however there are still a few rooms left. For bookings for this hotel, please call the hotel directly! If you have any questions or issues when calling, you can ask for Jessica Brown and let her know you are booking for McGee-Thomas. We have also booked transportation to complete pick-ups and drop-offs to and from the wedding from this hotel, which is within minutes of the venue!

House Or Rental
There are some lovely Air BNB rental properties not too far from the Wedding Venue! At this time the reserved shuttles are only picking-up and dropping off to the two main hotels from the wedding. You are still able to park at those two hotels in order to catch the shuttles, but please let us know if you do book your stay outside of the two main hotels!
Flight
If you are flying in from out of town, the Albany International Airport will be the closest to the venue! It is a little over a 30 minute drive to Coxsackie! Since there are not many Ubers in the venue area, it would be recommended to either arrange for a rental car, or schedule a potential car service to drop you back off at the airport!
Flight
Flying into NYC (either LaGuardia or JFK) can also be an option! From there, it will be just over a 2 hour drive to get to Coxsackie where the wedding and main hotels are located. It would be recommended to rent a car from the airport, however taking an Amtrak train is also an option!
Train
For our friends/family flying into NYC, you can also take the Amtrak train from Moynihan Train Hall - Penn Station to the Hudson Station (which will take just over 2 hours). From the Hudson Station, it is recommended to pre-arrange for a pick-up from the local Hudson Enterprise and rent a car (as Ubers and Lyfts are very limited). The drive to Coxsackie will take around 20 minutes!
