Please RSVP by June 15, 2025, so we can finalize the details and celebrate with you!

What should I wear?

Answer

Feel free to dress formal with a garden party feel, something elegant yet comfortable for a summer celebration. Our color palette is included on the details card in your invitation suite for inspiration, but it’s completely optional. Most importantly, wear what makes you feel your best. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white. Can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Where is the ceremony and reception located?

Our wedding ceremony and reception are both located at the same venue, Woodbine mansion. The address is listed below: 405 E Main St, Round Rock, TX 78664

Where do we park?

Answer

The venue has ample parking onsite for all of our guests. There is a large parking lot in the back of the mansion. Additional parking can be found along the edges of the mansion grounds.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, with the cocktail hour being held indoors. However, guests are welcome to move freely between indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the reception.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation join us in celebrating our special day. Thank you for understanding as we work to make this an intimate gathering with our closest family and friends.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

If you have dietary restrictions or allergies and didn't indicate them on your RSVP, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!

We will have a limited selection of alcoholic options, as well as delicious mocktails and a variety of soft drinks available for all guests to enjoy!

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 5:00 PM to allow time for seating before the ceremony begins at 5:30 PM.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present for this special moment. However, feel free to capture memories during the cocktail hour, reception, and throughout the rest of the celebration!
