Doors open at 4 PM. We invite you to enjoy a pre-ceremony drink and get settled before the festivities begin. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM, so please plan to arrive with enough time to be seated before then.
Our dress code is cocktail attire. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, with a tent available in case of rain. Since it's a fall wedding, we recommend dressing warmly—bring a coat and wear layers to stay comfortable. Heaters will be provided, but the evening may still get chilly. Kindly avoid wearing jeans, athletic wear, or the color white.
Parking will be available on-site, and a parking attendant will guide you to your spot.
Yes! Bring your little ones if you think it’s appropriate for their age. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration.
Your invitation lists the guests we’ve included for your household. If you believe we may have overlooked someone, please feel free to reach out to us.
We’re lucky to already have everything we need for our home. In lieu of gifts, we kindly ask that you consider contributing to our cash fund. This can be found in the Registry section of our website. But your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all!
The charm of the area where we live, and our venue, lies in its peaceful, remote setting. We have reserved room blocks at nearby hotels. If you’re driving, there are also plenty of Airbnb options in the area. Since October is peak season in the Hudson Valley, we recommend booking your accommodations as early as possible to secure the best rates.
We’ll be serving a variety of foods to satisfy all appetites. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate your needs.
To help us fully enjoy the moment together, we kindly ask that you leave your phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony. Our professional photographers will ensure every special moment is beautifully captured, so you can relax and be fully present with us.
Before the wedding day, feel free to reach out to either the bride or groom directly with any questions. On the day of the wedding, please direct questions to our coordinator or a member of the bridal party so we can focus on celebrating with you.
