Yes and no: No photos or videotaping are to be taken from the floor of the sanctuary while the marriage service is in progress (including processional and recessional); otherwise, welcome to take photos or video tape up to about 10 minutes before the service and after the recessional as no photographer will be present. Following the ceremony, the married couple may return for pictures on request. Flash and other lighting equipment may be used at that time. Video taping during the ceremony should be done with available light only, provided video equipment is confined to the rear or the balcony of the sanctuary. If it is desired, a stationary and “unmanned” video camera may be positioned in the far corners of the sanctuary at the direction of the Wedding Coordinator. Photos or videos of the wedding party may be taken in the narthex or the aisle of the church just before and during the processional and during the recessional, providing the photographer and/or videographer stays in back of the congregation.
