We prayed for each other and God answered! We both tell the same story... after years of unsuccessful relationships, we decided to stop choosing our mates ourselves and allowed God to intervene and choose the mate he wanted for us. And he did... on December 31, 2017 (yep the start of a new year) we talked on the phone for hours and didn’t want to hang up. We shared stories and laughed like we had been knowing each other for years. That night we went further and set-up a date. On January 5, 2018 we met at Chuys, it was love at first sight... we talked and stared at each other all night like we didn’t want the night to end. We both shared very intimate stories and had emotional moments. We knew then where this was going. April 15th we set up a dinner so our parents could met. They absolutely loved each other and everything was falling into place. After 4 months of dating ... Stephen proposed on May 16th, it was a very beautiful night. We had dinner at our favorite restaurant Perry’s Steakhouse and just soaked in the moment. And now we are here planning our wedding... looking forward to sharing this beautiful moment with our love ones.
