What’s the procedure to enter the park?

Answer

When you drive into Government State Canyon, there’ll be a gate and a kiosk past there. At the kiosk, you should inform the ranger that you are here to attend Stephen and Katherine’s wedding and they’ll let you in. If you need more directions to the amphitheater, they should provide a map and directions there. If all else fails, follow the signs! Or see our schedule page to direct you to a video from the drive after the kiosk to the amphitheater!

What accommodations will be made for me?

Answer

If you have a special diet, please let us know on the RSVP. Interpreters will be provided for our Deaf and Hard of Hearing guests. A private link will be provided for guests who cannot attend in person to join in celebration.

I see the event is at a state park. How far of a walk is it from the parking lot to the venue?

Answer

Not far at all! Both the ceremony and reception are a short (1 minute) walk from the adjacent parking lots.

What do you mean by "Semi-Casual Attire"?

Answer

Anything you'd wear to a church picnic! Anything from sundresses to tees, jeans, polos, really just bring you and are comfortable with getting wet and a little dirty. We're going to have all guests spray us with paint.
