After a few online conversations it was time to meet. "Have you ever been to Canes?" He asked. "Never heard of it!" She replied. And it was settled. Two days later they met inside one of the tastiest food chains there is! And after 3 hours of conversation, the restaurant kicked them out. Cant blame Canes too much, after all, they had talked until they were closing, and hadn't even noticed how long it had been! They never thought they would find love in a fast food restaurant. But that's the crazy thing about life. You can't be too surprised when you find love over some chicken and fries. (:
It started when we decided to take a trip to Italy for our 1 year Anniversary! A couple cheap airline tickets, and a few months later, and we had arrived in Rome. So many beautiful sights and places. So many wonderful experiences. Its funny, everyone told the bride that she was going to come back with a ring. But she didn't think so! After all, she had helped the groom pack all of his belongings. And had even mixed some of her clothes in his suitcase! So there was no way he snuck a ring passed her! Actually, the groom was so nonchalant that the bride didn't even consider the possibility. 2 days before their 2 week long trip was over, it was finally time to go the place the bride was looking most forward to. The Leaning Tower of Pisa. Upon arrival, they were told they could not take any bags into the tower. The groom told the bride to wait outside and he would take care of the bags. (Fairly normal) Once the groom returned, they waited in line for their turn up the tower. "Im pretty anxious" the groom said. "Why? this is a fun day, no being anxious!" The bride replied. Probably should have wondered why he was anxious..and probably could have been more comforting! Well, too late now! After a few minutes it was finally their turn. Many MANY steps later they had made it to the top. After a few moments of making some friends and looking out at the amazing view, the groom looked at the bride and asked, "Love me forever?" "Well, of course, goofball" she said. "Promise?" he asked. "...Yes..?" And before the bride could put all the pieces together, the groom knelt down and asked that very important question, "Will you marry me?". If you didn't know, she said YES.
