Even though this wedding is on Halloween, this is NOT a costumed wedding. We ask that all guests please wear Black. This will be a semi-formal event, but keep in mind it will be outdoors, so please wear sensible shoes.
YES, we are limiting the in person invites to ensure a safer level during the ceremony, but most likely will not be wearing face masks during the reception. Leading up to and during the Ceremony, we ask that everyone please wear a face mask. This will be held outside, and is located close to the reception area. If you feel you will want to wear a face mask during the reception, please do so. We will be providing sanitizing stations, and have access to an outdoor restroom. We encourage everyone interested in attending the reception after the ceremony to please get a COVID-19 test, to ensure the safety of everyone invited. A face mask will not be required during the reception, but please respect those who wish to wear a mask and distance.
Absolutely! As much as we would love to have you at both, that may not be the case. If you just want to attend the ceremony and skip the reception, that is completely fine; we just ask that you let us know ahead of time to plan properly. We love everyone coming, and understand everyone's situations. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions.
If you are driving, we ask that you carpool from either the hotel, or home. Potentially look into Ubering from the hotel to the venue. This is a residential home, and while there is space, we do not want to overcrowd the yard with cars.
Nope. Sorry, the kiddos aren't invited.
We encourage all guests intending to join us for our big day, to please get tested for COVID-19. We ask this because we want to feel as safe and happy as possible during our Ceremony and Reception. With the Reception being mask optional, it is best to be as safe and smart as possible. Please respect social distancing requests from individuals.
Well.... as of right now, both Steve and I have tested negative for COVID-19 and we would like to keep it that way. Please be smart, and if you are feeling under the weather, we ask that you not attend for the safety of us and everyone coming that we care about.
