Question
How do I RSVP?
Answer
Please visit our wedding website and click “RSVP” in the navigation menu. Enter your name exactly as it appears on your invitation, select your responses for each event, and click “Submit RSVP.” Please note that your response is not complete until you click “Submit.” We kindly ask that all RSVPs be received by April 25th, as we will not be able to accommodate guests who have not submitted their response.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to wear formal Indian or American attire. Gowns, formal dresses, suits, sarees, lehengas, anarkalis, and sherwanis are all welcome. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed for a beautiful evening celebration!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation. If a plus-one has been included for you, their name will be listed on your invitation and will appear alongside yours when you RSVP.

Are children invited?
Answer
We adore the little ones in our lives. If your invitation includes children, we’ll be delighted to have them join us. Thank you for your understanding.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for seating.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?
Answer
Please refer to the Schedule page for full details. The ceremony will be held at Galilee United Methodist Church in Sterling, Virginia and the cocktail hour and reception will take place at White Ferry Manor in Leesburg, Virginia.

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our celebration will include both indoor and outdoor elements, as long as the weather cooperates. Please dress accordingly and plan for seasonal temperatures.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes! Transportation will be provided for our out-of-town guests between the hotel blocks, ceremony, and reception venues. The shuttle schedule will be available on our wedding website. Shuttles will run on a set schedule, so please review the timeline and plan to arrive at the designated pickup times. Please indicate your transportation needs when you RSVP. Additional details will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Is there parking available at the venues?
Answer
Yes, free parking will be available at both the ceremony and reception locations, and we’ll share any additional details as the date approaches. At White’s Ferry Manor, guests will park in the designated parking area, where complimentary shuttles will also be provided to take everyone to the cocktail hour and reception spaces.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We have reserved room blocks at nearby hotels for your convenience. Details and booking information can be found on the Travel page. We recommend booking early, hotel block reservations will close May 20, 2026.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
June in Northern Virginia typically brings warm temperatures, with daytime highs in the 80s and cooler evenings. As our celebration includes some outdoor elements (weather permitting), we recommend dressing accordingly and considering light layers for the evening.

What is the best way to get around?
Answer
Guest transportation will be provided for out of town guests between the hotel room blocks and wedding events at designated times. We encourage guests to utilize the provided transportation when possible. Aside from wedding day guest transportation, we recommend using Uber or Lyft for convenient travel throughout the weekend.

Is there a registry?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift. For those who have asked, we have created a wedding fund in lieu of a traditional registry. Details can be found on our Registry page.
