We love food! The Eastern Market is a great place to visit and try locally grown produce & vegetables. There are also many food stalls to pick from. We love the beignets and pierogis!

Yates Cider Mill

Your trip to Michigan during October would not be complete without a visit to Yate's Cider Mill. A warm cinnamon donut paired with apple cider is a must during the Fall!

Huddle Soft Serve

Soft serve Ice cream is our go-to treat! This is one of our favorite places to walk up and grab a sweet treat if we're downtown!

Detroit Institute of Arts

The DIA is a beautiful institution that displays the work of many artists including exhibits that shine a spotlight on local artists. One of our favorite places for date night! We also recommend the cafe inside.

River Bends Park

This park is special to us. This is the park where Stephen proposed. We love the outdoors and when we crave to be out biking, hiking, or playing frisbee this park is our go to! For our family who loves MTB trails, this is a great park that has trails for different levels
