WHO DO I CONTACT WITH QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS?

Answer

We have set up an email specifically for our event, it is steveandfrankies50years@gmail.com. You can address any comments, questions, or concerns to that address and we'll respond as soon as we can. Since the details of this party are a surprise we ask that you help us keep our secret and contact us through email ONLY.

DO I HAVE TO MAIL IN MY RSVP?

Answer

Yes, we are requiring that each guest mail in their RSVP on the check list provided. We have already stamped the envelope and addressed it all you have to do is send it off! In order to ensure we have enough seating and resources to accommodate our guests for dinner the RSVP is required. Those who RSVP will be on our official guest list.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Black tie formal attire is required for our event. For the ladies: You can wear a formal floor-length evening gown or a formal cocktail dress. For the gentlemen: A tuxedo or a formal dark suit, appropriate tie or bowtie, and the option of a vest or cummerbund.

WHAT DOES THE 15+ RECEPTION MEAN?

Answer

Our 15+ request is that all attending our event are 15 years of age and older. The only children who will be attending our event are family or those supporting parents without a mate.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

No, we have chosen NOT to have an open bar. However, the hotel lobby located on the same lot as our venue has a bar. However, any purchases are at the guests own expense and there is no special for our event.

DO I HAVE TO USE THE RECOMMENDED HOTEL?

Answer

No, you don't have to stay where we've recommended. If you would like to stay in a different hotel you are more than welcome to! However, we cannot promise a discounted rate or arrange for transportation to and from the venue. The hotel we've recommended is right next to the venue and is offering a discounted rate for our event.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER ACCOMODATION OPTIONS?

Answer

There are a number of Airbnb listings in the area for you to stay in, however with the large number of guests we have arriving we do ask that our guests book early and recognize that there isn't any availability to stay with Steve and Frankie or any of our family.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL AND THE VENUE?

Answer

The venue and the hotel are on the same lot, located right next to each other. If you are staying in our recommended hotel you will be walking distance to the venue, however if you are staying elsewhere you will have to provide your own transportation to and from the venue and in any other traveling you do in the state.

ARE YOU REGISTERED? WHERE?

Answer

No, Stephen and Frankie are not registered anywhere. Sharing this occasion with us is a gift! However, if anyone would like to give the couple a gift or card, they can come with you to our event.
