When and where is the wedding?

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive around 5:00pm. Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. We ask that everyone arrive in advance of the ceremony and be in your seat by 5:15pm.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal or Cocktail Attire: Suits, Formal Separates, Cocktail Dresses, Formal Dresses, Classy Pantsuits, etc. We ask that you please don't wear white/ivory.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outside on a covered patio connected to the main building. The cocktail hour and reception will both be held indoors. There is also an outdoor deck outside of the Ballroom that will be available to guests during the reception.

Are there hotel room blocks for guests?
Answer
Yes, we have room blocks available with discounted rates at Hampton Inn Pawtucket and at Quality Inn Seekonk from Friday 6/20/25 - Monday 6/23/25. You can book for as little as one night or up to 3 nights. See the "Travel" tab for more info and the link to book. We also added additional hotels on the "Travel" tab if you are looking for options near the Airport or in Downtown Providence. We don't have a room block at any of those hotels, they are there merely as suggestions.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the Country Club.

Will transportation be provided to/from the venue?
Answer
No, transportation is not provided.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?
Answer
Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all held at Pawtucket Country Club.

How long will the wedding last?
Answer
The event is 6 hours total. For more information, please see the "Schedule" tab.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
We are hoping for a beautiful early summer day, as temps are typically in the high 70's to mid 80's that time of year. However, this is in New England, so anything is possible!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
There will be an open bar for alcohol during the Cocktail Hour only, from 6:00pm - 7:00pm immediately following the ceremony. During the reception, it will switch over to a cash bar for alcohol. All non-alcoholic drinks will be complementary for the entire evening.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
See the "RSVP" tab and enter your full name. This will bring up your information. You will be able to RSVP online for yourself and a plus one (if applicable), and choose your dinner selections. RSVPs have closed as of 5/21/25.

Can I bring a date/plus-one?
Answer
Yes, you can bring a plus one. Please be sure to also enter their name and dinner selection when you RSVP.

Are kids allowed?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only occasion (with the exception of the children in our Wedding Party). We hope this advanced notice means you are still able to share our big day!

Will there be vegetarian or gluten-free options?
Answer
Yes, if you need either of these options, please select that option under Dinner Selections when you RSVP. The Pasta Primavera is vegetarian and the Filet Mignon is naturally gluten free.

Are you having a Wedding Shower? Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We have decided not to have a Wedding Shower, however we have set up a Registry for a Honeymoon Fund and a NFL Stadium Tour Fund, for those who are interested (please do not feel obligated to contribute). There are options to use a credit card (fees will apply) or to use Venmo (no fees). Please see the "Registry" tab for more information.

What should I do if I can’t attend?
Answer
Please go to the RSVP page and let us know as soon as possible that you will not be able to attend so that we can have an accurate headcount of guests in advance.
