Consider checking out our wedding venue, the Woodruff-Fontaine house. It is a gorgeous late, nineteenth-century mansion and museum dedicated to the Victorian era that is, supposedly, haunted!
Need to...wet your whistle!? All puns aside, Memphis Whistle is a cozy cocktail bar in what feels like your best friend's living room. New to Cooper-Young, and literally down the street from where we live, Memphis Whistle is quickly becoming a neighborhood favorite! Most of their menu items are locally sourced and the staff is super friendly.

Eh! This is where we got engaged! Located above B.B. King's in downtown Memphis, Itta Bena is a wonderful place to enjoy refined food and drink. The restaurant's blue ambiance (its windows are literally blue!) provides a calm space to view the city's historical Beale Street.
It really wouldn't be a trip to Memphis without bbq! Elwood's Shack is one of our favorites, but you really can't go wrong in this city if you want bbq.
