What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive starting at 12pm, where beverages and snacks will be served in the greeting area. For guests attending the ceremony, that will start at 12:30pm. The reception will follow immediately after at 1pm.

Answer

The Fox Hollow is located at 7725 Jericho Turnpike, Woodbury, NY 11797. The ceremony, reception, after party, and hotel are all located on the same property.

What are the details for the after party?

Answer

For anyone who wants to hang out after the wedding is over, we are having an after party at the Vintage 25 Bar & Lounge at the Fox Hollow Inn. The hotel is directly across from the reception hall. You don't have to stay at the hotel to come to the party, but if you are this might be a great chance to change into something comfortable. And if the weather is warm enough, there's an outdoor pool!

Are there any other hotels I can stay at?

Answer

We have only blocked out rooms at The Fox Hollow Inn, but there are many other local hotels available for you to book. Our best recommendation is the Days Inn located at 8030 Jericho Turnpike in Woodbury, NY.

Will there be vegetarian and vegan food options available?

Answer

Yes, both cocktail hour and dinner will have multiple vegetarian and vegan food options available. Also, event staff will be able to help anyone with additional dietary restrictions upon request.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes, every location at the venue is handicap accessible and can be reached by elevator.
