Caleb has been my best friend ever since I was adopted. He is a very faithful friend to me. He is a great testimony which can be seen by his walk with the Lord and his love for people. I cannot ask anyone else to be my best man besides Caleb. I am honored to have such a friend in my life as well as in Victoria’s life now.

Maid of Honor
When I bumped into Amber in the Bruins shop, going on now three summers ago, I found a best friend. She was the first person my age to ever truly show me the love of Christ as well as teach me about Him. Her patience and love for me is more than I could ever ask and her eagerness to serve the Lord is a big example to me. There have been many times we'd be found talking for hours, sharing with each other what the Lord has been doing, sharpening each other as children of God, and/or simply venting out frustrations that only the other would understand. We have a bond that I will treasure forever. She has supported, prayed for, and poured into Stephen and mine's relationship and there is no one else that I'd rather have as Maid of Honor on one of the biggest days of my life.

A lifetime friend and brother to me, Noah has been a huge blessing throughout my life. Noah's family has also been a huge encouragement and blessing in my life as well. He has a heart for the Lord, and has a great heart for others. I cannot wait to see how the Lord woks in his life.

Over the past few years, Germaine has become a forever friend. This past year, we went through some grueling times. The Lord was actively at work in both of our lives; shaping us, challenging us, and preparing us for where we each are today. Germaine and I became prayer warriors. We leaned on each other daily for encouragement to get through the testing fires. We pointed each other to Christ endlessly. We shared our pain, we cried, we sprinted next to each other on treadmills in the gym (when in doubt- go workout), continuously pushing forward, never giving up. Germaine and I experienced a newfound strength together, a strength that comes only from the Lord! It is an honor to have her standing by my side the day I make the biggest decision in marrying the second love of my life.

Josiah was Stephen's roommate for the fall and spring semester of 2017-2018. Josiah has seen our relationship from the very beginning. He told us about a couple of months into our relationship that he knew we would be getting married. He has watched our relationship grow to what it has become now and he has watched us grow as individuals. Josiah would go off campus with us on first dates and never ceased to tell us that he saw the Lord in our relationship and how much of an encouragement we are to him. We are so happy to have Josiah with us the day we become one and his pursuit to find God's will for his life has been an encouragement to us.

Claire, Stephen’s little sister, has been a HUGE encouragement to us and we are so thankful for her. Claire’s eagerness to help and willingness to put others before herself is a tremendous blessing and example in our lives. Although she is young, Claire has wisdom that any person can draw from. She spends time thinking and seeking the Lord and it shows through her words and actions. We always enjoy visiting with Claire, she is a breath of fresh air. The Lord has given her a strength that is very clear and eye-opening to us both. Claire is a person that we can trust and is someone that we are honored to have standing with us the day we enter into the most beautiful union on this earth.

She has helped and supported Victoria during this wedding planning process by offering wonderful ideas as well as sharing in our excitement! Jasmyn, Victoria's little sister, was born when Victoria was thirteen years old. Victoria changed Jasmyn's diapers, fed, and bathed her. Jasmyn and Victoria have a special bond that will never be broken. Jasmyn has seen Victoria walk through very dark times and then find the light which is the Lord. She's seen the beautiful transformation in Victoria that can only be done by our wonderful Savior. Jasmyn is a strong little girl who is seeking the Lord at a very young age. Her willingness to accept Stephen into the family means so much and we can't wait to have her share in one of our biggest days!
