Yes, it is open bar! We want to celebrate with our favorite people all night long. If you are staying at the hotel, there will be a shuttle bringing guests to and from the wedding so everyone is able to enjoy themselves. If you are not staying at the hotel, please consider Uber to ensure everyone's safety.
Yes, dress in your best formal attire! Think tuxes and suits, floor length and midi dresses. Please no jeans or shorts.
The ceremony is scheduled to start at 6:00 but please arrive at least 15 or 20 minutes early if you're driving yourself/not staying at the hotel. There will be shuttles to and from the hotel and will be leaving the Hilton at 5:10 PM sharp!
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. We will have a shuttle bringing guests to and from the hotel to Saphire.
Please RSVP no later than April 20th so we have ample time to relay our final head count to vendors. If we don't receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will assume you are not able to attend.
