We have set up cash funds on our registry page of this website, but your presence at our wedding is gift enough!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking garage next to Villa Cipressi. However, if you're staying elsewhere, you'll need to confirm parking is available at the location you're staying. There is often limited parking in Lake Como.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The welcome party is cocktail attire. The wedding is black-tie attire (tuxedos for men and floor-length gowns for women).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not offering transportation from guests' hotels to Villa Cipressi. We recommend everyone stay in Varenna - this is a small, beautiful town on Lake Como and most everything is a short walk away. If you choose to stay in Bellagio or Menaggio (or elsewhere), there a public ferry available for use that is easy to navigate, in addition to water taxis. Please let us know if you need help planning logistics for travel!

When is the bride & groom arriving?

We will arrive in Varenna on Thursday afternoon.

Question

Can I arrive from the town Como?

Answer

Although we're on Lake Como, Varenna is notably not close to Como (the town) and it's time consuming to get between the two towns. There are primarily two ways to go from Como to Varenna without a car: (1) the bus; and (2) the ferry (preferably the hydrofoil ferry). There is no train from Como to Varenna.
