Where is the venue?

Answer

The venue will be at Forest Highlands Canyon Clubhouse - 2425 William Palmer, Flagstaff, AZ 86005. There is gate security. Just let them know you’re there for the Bibee-Marsteen wedding, and they’ll direct you to the clubhouse.

Where should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) as it’s a larger airport with more flight options, approximately 2.5 hours from Flagstaff. While Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) is available, it offers more limited flight choices.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

What will the weather be like?

October in Flagstaff means crisp fall air. Expect sunny days and cool evenings. When the sun goes down, wear cozy layers.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

You’ll receive your RSVP by mail closer to the wedding date. It will include instructions to submit your response on this site, at which time the RSVP will be available for you to click on.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding calls for a semi-formal dress code - dressy and polished (long or cocktail dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, dress shirts, suits, etc.) Please, no jeans, no shorts or ripped clothing. This is a perfect time to dress up a bit! Ladies: flats or low heels are recommended for the outdoor ceremony on grass.

Are kids welcome?

While we love all the little ones in our lives, the Ceremony & Reception will be adults-only, except for children in our immediate family. We hope you’ll use this night as a chance for a special evening out! If you have any questions, please reach out.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Convenient parking is available at the Forest Highlands Canyon Clubhouse. While the ceremony site is nearby, there is no parking. A dedicated shuttle will transport guests to the ceremony and back to the Clubhouse for the reception. Overnight parking is welcome, and an end of evening shuttle service is provided to help you return to town with ease (within 10 miles of city limits). We want our guests to be safe, so please dedicate a designated driver or use the shuttle service.
