Nina is a godsend, she teaches a unique form of yoga that works you out but somehow leaves you more energized - check online for schedule of classes, typically there's a Saturday morning one!

The Wassaic Project (Wassaic, NY)

An arts center that hosts gallery exhibits, community art activites, and events, check their calendar for more!

Music Mountain (Falls Village, CT)

This summer program hosts concerts all summer; if you feel like staying a day more, the Julliard String Quartet plays September 14th

Salisbury Town Grove (Salisbury, CT)

A classic lakeside beach, complete with a snack bar and kids' play areas. There is ample shade, but the beach is full sun. Drive-in is $15 per person without a residence sticker, or park outside the lot and walk in.

Millerton Town Center (Millerton, NY)

Home to Oblong Books, the Harney and Sons tea flagship store and cafe, an antiques mall, and a small cinema, this is a fun stop right over the border in Columbia County, NY. Willa is a solid restaurant option - be sure to get the focaccia to share!

Sharon Audubon Center (Sharon, CT)
