Like all great stories, ours begins with: "We met in math class." Halfway through her freshman year of college, Ella walked into her calculus class 15 minutes early, hoping to sit at the front of the classroom. Not only was she not the first person there as she had hoped, but sitting in what should have been her seat was a high school senior with a goofy smile on his face. It was love at first sight . . . well, for me at least. But after a few months of getting to know each other in class and at church, I eventually asked Ella to coffee and she fell for me just as hard as I had for her. By the spring of the following year, she found a diamond on her finger. As they say, the rest is history—and we are so excited for what God has in store for the rest of our lives!
