Question

Can I book my hotel room now?

Answer

Yep! The link is active. There is a 3 night minimum, but if you opt in for 4 or more nights, transportation to and from the Cancun Airport will be included, as well as a $250 resort credit (for tours, the spa, golf, etc). The booking site is automatically set for four nights but you may adjust the length of stay and the dates as you please. The room rates shown include taxes/fees and most are set for 2 people per room, but if you’d like to add more adults to one room, there is an additional charge of $162 per person per night. (The Family Suite shows the rate for 4 adults, so there will be an additional charge for the 5th and 6th adult). Kids can be added on to all rooms at no charge.

Is there only one room type available?

Answer

Nope! If you feel inclined to upgrade your room type, that option is available to our guests. Please note that “Best Flexible Rate” is cheaper than the “Pay in full” option, and it’s refundable, whereas the “Pay in full” option is non-refundable.

Will I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, you will need a valid passport to travel to and from Cancun. If you don’t have one and wish to attend, we highly recommend obtaining one at the earliest opportunity.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

Answer

It’s about 8 miles, so the car ride from the airport to the hotel should take about 20 minutes.
