The dress code for our wedding is black attire! Wear your favorite little black dress or pull out the black suit you’ve been waiting to wear. Put your own twist on it with a nice red lip or some sparkly boots! Any black clothing will do from black slacks and a white shirt to a black pantsuit! Please no bright colors!
Our ceremony starts at 3:30. The doors will be shut 10 minutes before and no one will be allowed in until the start of cocktail hour. We ask for you to please arrive early to get a seat!
We ask all of our close family members who are wanting to be apart of formal pictures to please arrive at 2:30 pm so that pictures can be made before the ceremony.
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to our venue, so we ask that no children come. We hope you can take this opportunity to let your hair down, relax, and enjoy this celebration with us.
We have created a registry on here on our website and through Walmart and Amazon. No gifts are required by any means but if you do wish to gift us anything, we ask in lieu of gifts, we ask that you please contribute to our honeymoon fund as we have been together for the past 6 years and have everything we need!
Unless specified in your invitation, we ask that you do not bring any additional guests as we are limited on space and seating!
There is plenty of parking available.
We have a block of reserved rooms at Days Inn by Wyndham at Hurricane Mills for our wedding guests. Please mention the Stanfill wedding when booking your stay to receive a discounted room price.
Lyft/Uber may not be available in this area, so we ask our guests to make plans for a designated driver if your are planning to consume alcohol at our event.
The wedding and reception will be held at the same location at Buffalo Oaks Venue off of the Buffalo River. This venue is located off at 4528 highway 13 North, Lobelville, TN 37097. Google maps has the location further/closer than it really is so keep your eyes peeled!
We have opted to do a non-traditional open bar! We will have a selection of wine and beer, along with two signature drinks available for our guests at no cost! BYOB is not an option as this is prohibited at our venue. Also, please don't forget to tip our wonderful bartender!
Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside our venue. There are locations outside that are available to for our guests to use!
Photos and videos are absolutely welcome and encouraged! We only ask that you refrain from having any devices out during the ceremony. We want our guests to be present during this special time. Please use our hashtag #EstablishingtheStanfills when uploading your photos so that we can see them too!
