Keegan and Stephany met at their church's youth group and Stephany complimented Keegan's guitar solo that night. Keegan thought she was making a move on him and immediately jumped on the opportunity to get to know her. To this day, Stephany insists she was just trying to be nice to a stranger; Keegan still doesn't believe her!

Keegan proposed to Stephany on the day of their two year anniversary, at the same location where they had their very first date. He was so nervous that Stephany thought he was upset with her during brunch!

Keegan serenaded Stephany in the middle of a parking lot after her work shift as an apology for a silly argument they had the night before. He sat on the trunk of his car, played his guitar, and sang "First Day of My Life" by Bright Eyes.

Keegan and Stephany share a love for music, travel, reading, brunch, and donuts! Music is what initially brought the couple together. Early in their relationship, Keegan and Stephany spent hours sending each other songs and carefully curated playlists. Their dream is to travel the world together and learn all about different cultures, history, and cuisines. A few places from their bucket list include Italy, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, and Portugal! The couple's favourite meal and Sunday date activity is brunch. In addition to a good eggs benedict and french toast, the couple has been on a 3 year ongoing mission to find Calgary's best donut shop. The current champion is Greedy Donuts with Jelly Modern Doughnuts as a runner-up.
