FAQs

Question

What travel documents do I need?

Answer

Airlines require a valid Book Passport. Mexico mandates that your passport be valid for the duration of your trip, but we recommend it should have at least six months' validity remaining beyond your travel dates.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Question

Are Children Invited?

Answer

Yes, we love your little ones! Your invitation will include the total number of seats we have reserved in your honor.

Question

Is there a Dress Code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! Please wear cocktail attire— such as a cocktail-length dress or elegant separates for women, and a suit and tie for men. Kindly note that the venue does not allow blue jeans or sneakers.

Question

What colors should we wear?

Answer

Wear whatever color you like, but we ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

Question

Wedding Day Transportation?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Ceremony to the Reception and back to the recommended Hotels.

Question

Where are the Ceremony and Reception taking place?

Answer

Church: Templo de San Francisco de Asis Venue: Hacienda Tlacote el Alto

Question

Can we take pictures?

Answer

We ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the CEREMONY. We hired professionals so that you can enjoy it with us. During the RECEPTION, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away! QR code will be provided for you to upload your pictures for us to enjoy later!
