Question
When should I book my room?
Answer
ASAP! There are no room blocks in place and rooms are expected to sell out as the wedding date approaches. There is a $1 charge to reserve your room with the final payment charged 30 days prior to your arrival date. Ensure the card on file will not be expired at the time of final payment or your reservation will be cancelled. The reservation is 100% refundable up to 24 hours before your arrival.

When booking your reservation, please be sure to use the PROMO CODE listed on your Save the Date in order to be associated with our wedding group and receive the discounted rate. There is a minimum 3 night stay requirement. This also includes transfers to and from the airport/resort. Reservation MUST be booked by April 1st, 2025.

Travel Accommodations to the Resort

Airport transfers are included with your minimum 3 night stay by Seasons Transfers. Transfer booking will be emailed to you after your room is reserved. Flight information will be needed at time of booking transportation.

Are children welcome to the wedding & reception?

Of course! We specifically chose a family friendly resort so everyone could celebrate with us. When booking your suite, please note that the standard Finest Suites and Finest Club Suites are kid-friendly. Excellent Club Suites are adults only (18+). When booking your suite, you must enter the age your children will be at the time of the wedding. Children 13+ are considered an adult. Note: The resort will verify passports and ages of children at time of check-in.

What amenities are included at the resort?
Answer
The resort is all-inclusive, therefore all meals, snacks, drinks, and alcohol are included and unlimited. There are 12 restaurants, a food truck, several bars and lounges, and 24 hour room service. There are also plenty of activities for adults and kids to enjoy at no extra charge! Download The Excellence Collection app before arriving, it is the best place to see a list of daily and nightly activities being held at the resort.
