Hotel information

Zach and I did extensive research and toured several hotels to get you all the BEST price and resort! We will have a room block at the Caribe Royale Resort Orlando (click the 'View' button below for the hotel website). Every room is a suite, but there are also options to upgrade your view or to a 2-room villa. The room rate is $159/night, which includes the resort fee. They will honor the room rate 3 days before and after the block (which is Thursday-Sunday), so if you’re making this a longer trip, they can secure the price for you. You’re going to love this resort! There is a steakhouse, a cigar bar/lounge, and an upscale sports bar that is open until 2 a.m. It’s called Stadium Club and it’s where we will have our welcome party too. It has sports simulators, which include golf, baseball, etc. -- we’ve been there and it’s really fun! The hotel also has an awesome pool with a slide, and there's a poolside DJ on Saturday! This is the hotel where all shuttles to and from the wedding will be provided, and also where our after-party will be. The hotel also offers free transportation to and from Disney if you’re joining us on Sunday! There are tennis and pickleball courts, bikes, and a 1.5-mile running trail. There’s also cornhole, ping pong, and pool tables. If you are planning to drive/rent a car, there is a parking rate of $38/night per vehicle. But you don’t need to rent a car as it’s an easy Uber ride from the airport, and there’s plenty to do nearby. You have until Tuesday, May 5, to get our room rate. If you call the hotel and the block is full, call me or Zach, and we can add more rooms to the block, prior to 5/5.
