What time should guests be at the Ceremony?

Please be there by 4pm and make sure you come BEFORE the wedding party walks down the aisle.

Will there be assigned seating?

Answer

There will be assigned seating. We will have a list of which table each guests will be seated. We try to have you seated with the people you are most comfortable with, especially during this complicated time.

What are the times?

Answer

We apologize we did not add the times on the invitations. Ceremony starts at 4:30pm but PLEASE come before 4:15pm. Please be seated by 4:20pm. Thank you. Cocktail hour is right after the ceremony. No actual time. Cocktails will be location 1 minute drive from the ceremony. You will be directed where to drive. When leaving the venue, turn left and drive straight to the golf club area. Reception should start between 6-6:30pm depending on the time we finish photos, but in the meantime, please enjoy our open bar and unlimited appetizers. Note: Save room for the buffet!

Is the ceremony a different area than the reception area?

Answer

Yes. Before the reception area, we will have an outdoor ceremony. Signs will be in front of the gate. Coming from San Francisco, you will see the gate to your right after the exit. Coming from San Mateo, turn left after the exit. Once you turn left, go straight until you can see the gate with sign for the ceremony. Please call us if you are lost. Reception area will be located to the left after you leave the gates (from the ceremony). Drive until you see the golf course parking lot and park. The cocktail and reception will be located inside the building you see

There are lots of parking in both ceremony and cocktail/reception area. Its free!

Do you have a hotel we can book from? If so, what are the rates?

What if we did not RSVP or are not sure we are can attend?

Answer

If RSVP is not sent out, you will not be added to the seating chart or have a table. Bride is customizing name tags. Please make sure of your decision even if you decline the invitation. PLEASE COMMUNICATE
