What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:45 as the ceremony will begin at 5:00 - the venue will be open by 4:30.

Please RSVP as soon as possible, latest August 15th!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Friday night come in your country "get up", hats and boots encouraged! Saturday will be formal/black tie optional, let’s get dressed up!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

All of the hotels with a room block are only about a 5 minute walk from the venue!

While we love all of your kids, this will be a parents night out! We are happy to help coordinate childcare if needed!
