Which airport?

Answer

Geographically both are close to the venue. Which is the closest? McAllen International Airport is a lot closer to the venue than Valley International Airport. If you are not renting a car and/or don't have ride McAllen airport may be best.

What time is everything starting?

Answer

Mass starts at 2:00 P.M. and there is a small gap between mass and cocktail hour to give the wedding party time to take photos and for everyone else to freshen up. Get ready for some good dinner followed by TEJAS TACOS at the end of the evening!

Which Hotel?

Answer

I know a lot of you have points, so please don't feel obligated to stay at those listed hotels. Find a hotel that best suits you and your family. If you plan on drinking stay close! There are several hotels within walking distance or short uber rides. The closest hotel is the La Quinta listed on our hotels page. It is directly across the street from the venue. If you do choose this hotel don't forget to say Sandoval-Baxter Wedding so that you can get the discounted rate ($92.00-2 Queens and/or $100-King including taxes and fees). This discounted rate will only be available until Dec 1st!

GIFTS

Answer

The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our wedding day. However, if you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept a small contribution towards our honeymoon. We will have an area set aside on the day of our wedding where you can deposit your card.

WHAT IF I AM VEGETERIAN?

Answer

We are excited to have you, and we will do our best to accommodate you. We are keeping you in mind. Please send the bride a reminder @ 956.735.0817 and/or write on your RSVP card if you are vegetarian so special accommodations can be made.
