For our friends & family abroad: If you are planning on staying a few days before or after the wedding, we would suggest staying in Saumur. We would highly recommend hiring a car if possible. The town hall is located about 20 minutes by car from the venue where the reception is taking place. There is no public transport between these locations. Taxis are possible, but they need to be booked in advance. ------ There are a couple of hotels in Montreuil-Bellay if you wish to stay there the night of the wedding, we would advise booking ASAP. Si vous souhaitez séjourner à Montreuil-Bellay la nuit du mariage, nous vous conseillons de réserver votre hôtel dès que possible.

Parking Saumur

Saumur is very busy on Saturdays, and parking is limited due to the market. We recommend using the Parking du Chardonnet, a large free car park located just a 5-minute walk from the town hall. - Saumur est très fréquenté le samedi, et le stationnement y est limité en raison du marché. Nous vous recommandons le Parking du Chardonnet, un grand parking gratuit situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la mairie.
