S & T first met on the Fourth of July, the summer before Stephanie started her Physical Therapy graduate program. It was a fun day spent with mutual friends, eating good food, and watching fireworks. Tanner was crushin' from day one, but Steph took her sweet time. Despite a very romantic Pita Pit lunch and office-decor shopping, contact between the two began to fade. If you ask her, the initial timing just wasn't right. Yet if you ask him, he got 'ghosted' big time. Despite the faulty first launch, their paths crossed again. After a year had passed, Steph summoned some uncharacteristic boldness and asked Tanner out for coffee- admitting that she felt the potential and didn't want to miss out on the chance that this may be something real. Through CrossFit classes, summer night walks, and lots more coffee dates together, S & T quickly realized they were in it for forever. • • • Thank goodness for the friends that introduced us (See: Bridesmaid & Groomsman #3) that Fourth of July! And thank you God for all the love and support we have felt from friends and family over these past few years!! They have been some busy years filled with studying, new job opportunities, adventures with friends, and becoming part of each others' families! We are excited to celebrate this special day with so many people we love and to kick off this marriage surrounded by the people that we are honored to do life with. Here is to watching fireworks together forever!
