Flying into Miami
You can fly into Miami International Airport (MIA), located about 15–20 minutes from Downtown Miami, or into Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL), which is approximately a 40–60 minute drive depending on traffic.
Getting Around
From MIA, you can take taxis, rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft, or the MIA Mover to the rental car center and Metrorail. Public transit in Miami is limited, but Uber/Lyft are widely available. Miami Beach offers a free trolley for getting around the beach area.
