Haneda Airport
Haneda Airport is the closest airport to our wedding venue and there is easy access via public transportation from Haneda Airport to Shinagawa and Takanawa. It is about 38 minutes by train/subway from Haneda Airport to the wedding venue and 13 minutes by train/subway from Haneda Airport to Shinagawa Station.
Flight
Narita Airport
Many international flights arrive at Narita Airport. Do note that you will have to travel a bit to go from Narita Airport to our wedding venue. It is about 1 hour 21 minutes from Narita Airport to our wedding venue and about 1 hour 7 minutes from Narita Airport to Shinagawa Station.
Shuttle
Shuttle from Shinagawa Station
October 12, 2026 8:30 am - 9:45 pm
There will be a shuttle running every 40 minutes starting at 8:30AM to take guests from Shinagawa Station at the Takanawa Exit to Happo-en and every 40 minutes starting at 8:20AM from Takanawa Gateway Station to Happo-en. The shuttle will take guests from Happo-en back to both stations every 40 minutes starting at 8:50AM with the last shuttle departing after the reception ends. Tips
Tokyo has excellent public transportation. You should not need to rent a car during your stay. We strongly recommend purchasing an IC card at the airport when you arrive if you do not have one as that will be very helpful when using public transportation in Japan. There is a digital Suica card, but it is only for Apple Wallet (App is called Welcome Suica Mobile App).
