Let the celebration begin!

Big shoutout to Erin and Dakota (Ryan's sister and brother-in-law) as well as our good friends, the Burges, for this one! I tagged along to a concert with Morgan and Tony Burge, where we met Erin, Dakota, and Ryan. It was never meant to be a set-up, but Erin and Dakota insisted that Ryan come talk to me. I was skeptical, but decided to appease the conversation. It was actually going pretty well! That is, of course, until about 30 minutes into talking, Ryan says, "so, do you prefer to be called Jessica or Jess?" The sheer look of horror on his face when I responded with, "well, neither, because that's not my name..." sent us both into a belly laugh that totally sealed the deal. We've been laughing together ever since!
