Welcome Event

5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Join us at Eagle Eye for our laid-back welcome party! Wear whatever makes you feel cool, comfy, and ready for some fun—bonus points if it’s track-friendly. We’ll be indoors and outdoors, so keep the weather in mind.

Hot laps for the speed demons, a fire pit and s’mores bar for the sweet tooths, and a regular bar for… well, everyone else. Come ready to mingle, laugh, and hang out—no pit stops required.

Ceremony

4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Our ceremony will be at Eagle Eye and (hopefully) outdoors, so plan to dress for the weather while still looking and feeling your best. Dressy-casual is perfect—no need to go all out fancy. Feel free to add a little western flair or finally wear that outfit you’ve been saving for a special occasion. Most importantly, we just want you to feel good, have fun, and be ready to celebrate with us!

Our “I do’s” begin at 5:15 PM at the ceremony site. Arrive a little early to grab a snack, sip something from the bar, and mingle before the festivities begin. After the ceremony, we’ll keep the celebration going in the same spot with more bites, drinks, and plenty of time to chat and soak in the moment together before heading to The Arena!

The Morning After

10:30 am - 1:00 pm

We’re keeping it cozy for the morning-after brunch. Come casual—bonus points for bunny slippers. Pajamas encouraged, judgment free.

One last hurrah to wrap up the weekend! We’ll have plenty of coffee, good food, and maybe a few stories from the night before. More details to come!
