In lieu of staying in a hotel, we have opted to rent a beach house on Galveston Island (approximately 25 minutes away from the venue) for the wedding weekend. 

Our rental is in Beachtown on the east side of the island and there are several other options available there via VRBO or Airbnb. We highly suggest following suit to enjoy all the island has to offer while you're in town!
