Our Story This is how our story began. I was working as a nurse at the University of Florida when I met Paul. There was no grand plan and no immediate attraction—we were simply friends. Until one day, we weren’t. What followed was a journey that tested and strengthened our love. Year after year, day after day, Paul showed me through his actions that our relationship was worth fighting for. Together, we navigated life’s challenges while raising three children from elementary school through college. Our focus was always on building a loving home and being the best parents we could be. When I came to the United States in 2006, I never imagined that my future husband was a young man living in Ocala, and that our paths would eventually cross. We spent our early years in a humble apartment for five years, dreaming of a future together. Eventually, we purchased a home of our own, where we watched our children grow, pursue their dreams, and build lives of their own. Through every struggle, every success, and every ordinary day in between, we continued choosing each other. Now, after 18 years together, with our children grown and starting their own journeys, we have decided that it is finally our time. Today, we celebrate not only a wedding, but nearly two decades of love, commitment, friendship, perseverance, and family. And so, surrounded by the people we love most, we are honored to make official what our hearts have known all along. This is our forever. ❤️
