Travel Note
The closest airport is the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). All hotels are located in Uptown, Charlotte and are about a 15 minute drive from the airport and about a 15 minute drive to the venue. Ubers and Lyfts are typically easily accessible from the Uptown area. We have also secured room blocks at 3 hotels located close together. Please see below for details on how to book using our group rate.

Please ensure you have found your own transportation and are on time to the ceremony. You may begin arriving after 4:00pm and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. We will have a shuttle available at 10:00 pm to take guests to the after party location.
