Black-tie optional attire is requested. Long dresses for women and suit & tie or tuxedo for men are perfect!
We would greatly appreciate if you would refrain from using your phone during our ceremony and be completely present with us. We have an awesome photographer and will share plenty of photos once we receive them.
We are having an adults-only event. We sincerely appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
Yes! We have arranged transportation to/from each of our hotel blocks for the ceremony & reception on Sunday June 8th. Please note, the Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club has a shuttle that runs to/from the venue starting at 4:40pm. Sunday June 8th Shuttle Departure Times: 4:05pm - Hilton Garden Inn Kent Island 4:10pm - Best Western Kent Narrows Inn Drop off at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club 4:35pm - Hilton Garden Inn Kent Island 4:40pm - Holiday Inn Express Annapolis East-Kent Island Drop off at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club Shuttles will depart from the venue to the hotels/after party at 9:30pm, 10pm, and 10:30pm. The after party location is within walking distance to all of our hotel blocks, other than the Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. A shuttle back to the Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club from the after party will be available until 1am.
Yes, Chesapeake Bay Beach Club has ample parking for those driving to the venue.
The ceremony, weather permitting, will be outdoors overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. Cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors, moving inside for the reception.
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!
