Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Our ceremony and reception will all be taking place at Ovation, located at 2324 W Fulton St in Chicago.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to/from the hotel to Ovation.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Ovation has a private, gated lot that holds about twenty cars. Once that's filled, there is also plenty of free street parking in the immediate area.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Think midi- to tea-length dresses or a jumpsuit for the ladies and a suit and tie for the gents.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this wedding is an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. Please refer to the names on your invitation.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at the venue, we are not able to accommodate a plus one for all of our guests. Please refer to the name(s) on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel wedding block for the weekend?

Answer

Yes! A block of rooms has been reserved under the 'Hsieh/Mullins' party at Chicago Athletic Association, located at 12 S Michigan Ave. If you'd like to reserve a room with the wedding block, please see the Travel tab above for details to book. If you'd prefer to stay at a different hotel, you're more than welcome.

Answer

Ovation is a fully indoor venue.
