Promocode Rates: ○ Rates are quoted per 2 ppl, per night in US dollars, and include all applicable taxes and gratuities. ○ The Promo code rate is exclusive to “Suite Only” bookings. ○ Rates are exclusive for June 8th, 2025 - June 15th, 2025 at the HOTEL. ○Any new bookings or modifications on existing reservations after April 9th, 2025 will be subject to the applicable rate at the moment of booking/modification and will be confirmed without the promo code. ○ Only rooms that have a minimum of 3 nights will count as part of the group for the concessions ○ Excellence Resorts are “Adults Only” and All guests must be minimum 18 years of age or older at the date of arrival to be registered. NO EXCEPTIONS are possible. Payment No deposit is required. All the reservations booked under the promo code will be charged in full thirty (30) days before each arrival date to the credit card provided during the booking process. No partial payments are allowed. Cancellation For cancellations of direct bookings (with promo code) received 24 hours or more before arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less before arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a no-show or early departure. The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates. When booking through third-party websites (tour operators, travel websites, etc.) some cancellation penalties may apply. TRANSPORTATION Transportation from the airport to the resort is provided. Please send us the flight information on when you will arrive to Punta Cana.
