The most popular vacation destination in the world, Walt Disney World, is right around the corner from our venue. During our wedding Walt Disney World will be celebrating its 50th anniversary. Each of the four theme parks- Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom- will have each of the park icons decorated. Mickey & Minnie will also have special 50th attire, and hopefully the parks will see the return of their nightly firework displays which have temporarily been removed due to Covid-19. In addition to the theme parks Disney World has two water parks- Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon as well as two mini-golf courses and over 20 resorts to explore. We're Disney experts so if you have any questions feel free to ask!

Known as the town that Disney built Celebration, Florida is a beautiful quaint town where Stephanie and Michael had their first date. It’s located just 15 minutes from our venue and they have a fun downtown area with trails, lakes, and shops. Our favorite place to eat there is the Celebration Town Tavern, which is a Boston-style restaurant with a Boston themed menu and Boston sports memorabilia all throughout the restaurant. Free parking all day too.
Just a short drive away from the venue is Universal Orlando Resort. Smaller than Walt Disney World, but jam-packed with extreme thrills, you'll find Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay Water Theme Park. One of the most popular expansions to their theme parks is The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which can be experienced at both parks connected by the Hogwarts Express (valid park-to-park ticket required).
Similar to Disney Springs, Universal CityWalk is a great place to walk around and explore if you want to find some great restaurants and enjoy the Universal vibes without committing to the theme parks. Free entry all day and free parking after 6pm.
Located just 10 minutes from our venue is SeaWorld and SeaWorld's water park, Aquatica. Aquatica is right across the street from SeaWorld and is perfect for those who want to relax in their two lazy rivers or make a splash down their slides or in their wave pool.

f you're interested in a smaller, more affordable theme park, Fun Spot is a great option. With multiple go-kart tracks and rides it offers a lot of opportunities for fun. There are two Fun Spot locations, one in Orlando and one in Kissimmee (right next to Old Town), with the Orlando location being a little larger. You can either pay for a day pass or pay per ride. Both locations are less than 15 minutes from our venue and free parking all day.
Mike’s family lives in Winter Garden, and the downtown area is great for restaurants and bars, sitting and relaxing, as well as people watching. If you want to check out a local brewery, the Crooked Can Brewery is a great stop. It's located in a food hall with options for dinner and you can enjoy a beer on the porch. Saturday mornings in downtown Winter Garden are also very fun as they have a farmer’s market with great food and cool art vendors. Free parking all day too, located about 35 minutes from our venue.
Enjoy a stroll around Lake Eola Park at the urban center of Orlando. Rent a swan boat and paddle across the lake to get some great views of Downtown Orlando’s skyscrapers, or head to a variety of delicious restaurants and bars. The Amway Center-home to the Orlando Magic-is also located downtown. Located about 20-25 minutes from our venue.
