Chris and I have been friends since 6th grade, but our best friend status wasn't solidified until 8th grade. Since then, our friendship has endured the awkward middle school years, high school, nursing school for Chris, grad school for me, and now we live on opposite sides of the country. We have shared our families, our lives, and everything in between. Through it all, she has remained my best friend and my forever Valentine.

Amber is my cousin but has always been more like a sister than anything else. As kids, we built our own tree-house clubs when we weren't "cool enough" to be in the other clubs. Or she and I could be seen "flying" on our swing set in the backyard, singing Disney songs to the top of our lungs (something we still do to this day, minus the swings...usually). As adults, we have faced all of life's ups and downs together and I couldn't have asked for a better person to stand by my side as I say "I do".

I first met Miranda when I was about 16 years old at a get together my brother had at his place. Many years went by after that first meeting until I saw her again and our reunion was a bit rocky at first. Since coming back in my life, she has become not only my sister-in-law, but also one of my very best friends. She truly is my rock and my life is forever changed for the better with her in it.
