These rooms will be held on a first-come first served basis until 5pm CST Tuesday, February 4, 2025 unless the Hotel has an opportunity to contract with another group to sell the guestrooms. Because the rooms are held on a courtesy basis, it is important that you relay to individuals in your group to book rooms as soon as possible. Hilton Garden Inn in Monterey reservations must be received by 2/5/2025; the rate there is $179 for either a (single) King room or (double) 2 Queen room. Breakfast not included. Wednesday 3/5 - Thursday 3/6 Check-in time is 4pm, check-out time 11am. (You may request an earlier check-in with them directly) Method: Individuals will call the hotel direct or toll free reservations number. CANCELLATION POLICY: INDIVIDUAL ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY In the event individual room reservations are cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival, the individual or Group agrees to pay the Hotel a cancellation fee equal to the first night's room and tax. Date: 2/5/2025 After this date, rooms not reserved as provided hereof, shall be released from Group's room block and Hotel may contract with other parties for the use of such rooms.
