When should I book the hotel if needed?

Answer

Please book your hotel reservation no later than September 15th. For more information on the hotel block, please visit the hotel tab.

Will transportation be provided from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

If you are a guest in our hotel block, yes! There will be a shuttle provided from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel following the reception. The first shuttle pickup will be at 2:30 pm. The shuttle will run throughout the night in case you need to return to the hotel sooner. The last shuttle from the venue will be following the after-party at 10:15 pm.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally noted on your wedding invitation. If you did receive a plus one (your name + a guest) please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest.

Is there an after-party?

Answer

Yes, there is an after-party in the ballroom directly following the reception. The after-party will run from 9 pm to 10 pm. There will be more food served, and the open bar will continue to flow!
